The product is made from the stalk and leaf portions of freshly harvested head celery which has been washed, trimmed, diced (3/16" x 3/4"), and dried.
Stir 2 to 3 tablespoons Celery Flakes into 4 cups of your favorite recipe for chicken, turkey or vegetable soup.
When preparing stuffing, use 2 tablespoons Celery Flakes for every 3 cups of bread cubes.
Use in barbecue, spaghetti and tomato-based sauces.
Substitute 1 tablespoon dried Celery Flakes for 2 tablespoon chopped fresh celery in your favorite recipes.
