Bring the flavor of Cajun to your cooking. Use this spicy blend of red pepper, onion, garlic and other spices when broiling or grilling.
USAGE
Cajun Shrimp
COAT 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with 2 teaspoons seasoning.
MELT 2 tablespoons butter in large skillet on medium heat.
ADD shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
SERVE over rice.
USAGE
Sprinkle or lightly rub 2 teaspoons seasoning on 1 pound chicken, fish or steak. Add more for an even spicier flavor. Broil, grill or sauté.
For blackened fish or steak, season as above. Panfry in 2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter until desired doneness.
