Cracked Peppercorn Herb Roasting Rub

Cracked black peppercorns, rosemary and crushed red pepper combine to make ordinary roast beef extraordinarily delicious.

USAGE
BRUSH beef with oil.

COAT generously with Rub (about 1 tablespoon per pound).

ROAST in shallow baking pan until desired doneness.
