USAGE
MOISTEN meat lightly with water.
COAT with Crusting Blend (about 1/3 cup per lb.)
HEAT 2 to 3 tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet on MEDIUM-LOW heat. Cook 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
To Bake
BRUSH meat with oil.
COAT with Crusting Blend (about 1/3 cup per lb)
BAKE in preheated 425ºF oven 15 minutes or until cooked through.
