- Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary Crusted Pork Chops
- Mediterranean Crusted Chicken

Brush chicken and pork with the oil of your choice. If using the French Onion, Pepper & Herb Crusting Blend on steak, you can moisten it with water.
Coat lightly with the Crusting Blend. (about 1/3 cup per lb.)
Bake chicken or pork in preheated 425º oven for 15 minutes or fully cooked. For steak, heat 2 to 3 tbsp. of oil in a nonstick skillet on medium to low heat. Cook 5 minutes per side or until reaching desired tenderness.
