Pure Coffee Extract

A new Coffee Extract made from Nicaraguan Coffee beans and instant coffee.

USAGE
Coffee Whipped Cream
Beat 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp. Coffee Extract in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.  Makes about 2 cups.

Café Latte frosting
Stir 2 tsp. Coffee Extract into 1 container (16oz.) vanilla frosting.
