An imitation coconut flavored extract.
Aloha Cake
1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) yellow cake mix4 tsp. McCormick® Imitation Coconut Extract, divided1 pkg. (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
PREPARE cake mix as directed on package, stirring 3 teaspoons of the Extract into batter before baking. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan.
BAKE in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan.
PREPARE pudding mix as directed on package, stirring in remaining 1 teaspoon of Extract. Spread pineapple and pudding over cake. Frost with whipped topping. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.Makes 24 servings.
