Imitation Butter Flavor

An imitation butter flavor used to simulate the taste of butter in baking dishes.

USAGE

Buttery Cupcakes

1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) white cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
3 egg whites
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. McCormick® Imitation Butter Flavor
1 tsp. McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract


BEAT all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.


BAKE in preheated 350°F oven 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Remove from pans. Cool on wire racks.

Makes 2 dozen.

USAGE
Strawberry Shortcakes:  Prepare and bake Cupcakes as directed above. Before serving, split each cupcake in half. Serve with sliced strawberries and whipped topping.

Buttery Corn Muffins: Prepare and bake 1 pkg. (12 oz.) corn muffin mix as directed, stirring 1 teaspoon Flavor into batter.
