Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients: 2 pounds Russet or Idaho potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 tablespoon McCormick® Sliced Garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
Directions:
1. Place potatoes and garlic in 2-quart saucepan. Add enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
2. Drain potatoes and return to saucepan.
3. Add salt. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer, gradually adding milk, then butter. Stir in cheese and parsley. Serve immediately.
