An alternative to traditional beef burgers – add Lawry’s® Sesame Ginger Marinade to ground turkey to make Asian turkey burgers.
1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
1 small red bell pepper, cut into short thin strips
1/2 cup Lawry's® Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice , divided
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 pound ground turkey
2 green onions, chopped
4 hamburger rolls
Mix coleslaw mix, bell pepper, 1/4 cup of the marinade and mayonnaise in medium bowl; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Mix ground turkey, remaining 1/4 cup marinade and green onions in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds.
Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Top with coleslaw.
