The high heat of the oven cooks spicy potatoes to golden brown crispness.
2 pounds all-purpose potatoes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Crushed
Preheat oven to 450°F. Cut potatoes into thin wedges. Place in large bowl. Add butter; toss to coat well. Sprinkle seasoned salt and ground red pepper over potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
Arrange potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
