These potato packets may be cooked in the oven or on the grill, for a side dish with minimal effort.
2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Garlic Powder with Parsley
1 large sheet heavy duty aluminum foil
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small chunks
Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss potatoes, onion, seasoned salt and garlic powder in large bowl until well blended. Place potato mixture in center of foil. Dot with butter. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
To Grill Potato Packets: Grill over medium heat 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning packet over halfway through cook time.
