Crispy and golden brown, roasted potatoes are always a crowd-pleaser.
2 pounds potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Garlic Salt with Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients in large resealable plastic bag; turn to coat. Spread potatoes evenly in prepared baking pan.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
