Forego the boiling – grill corn-on-the-cob for tender sweet corn. Sprinkle with Lawry’s® Fire Roasted Chile & Garlic Blend to add some heat.
8 ears fresh corn, husks and silk strands removed
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Fire Roasted Chile & Garlic Blend
Grill corn over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until tender and lightly charred, turning occasionally.
Spread corn with butter. Sprinkle with Seasoning. Squeeze lime juice over corn. Serve immediately.
