Toss broccoli in a teriyaki dressing for a salad that’s great year round. Serve at backyard barbecues, picnics and potlucks.
Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add broccoli; cook 1 1/2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain well.
Mix marinade, orange juice and red pepper in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add broccoli and carrots; toss to coat well. Serve warm. Or, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
