No need to prepare a stir-fry sauce for this recipe. Just use Lawry’s® Szechuan Sweet & Sour BBQ Marinade, an authentic blend of Chinese five spice, ginger, sesame oil and red pepper.
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup Lawry's® Szechuan Sweet & Sour BBQ Marinade with Sesame Oil
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 cup sliced onions
1 cup red bell pepper strips
Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 7 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet. Add vegetables to skillet; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to skillet. Add marinade; stir fry until mixture is heated through. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
