Before you thread steak cubes onto skewers, marinate in Lawry’s® Steak & Chop Marinade to add flavors of garlic, cracked black pepper and mustard.
2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3/4 cup Lawry's® Steak & Chop Marinade with Garlic & Cracked Black Pepper , divided
1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 large zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Place beef in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove beef from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread beef, onions, zucchini and tomatoes onto skewers.
Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
