Slow Cooker Italian Chicken & Mushrooms

Make chicken, cacciatore-style, with mushrooms and onions in your slow cooker. Serve over pasta to complete the meal.

  • Place chicken, mushrooms and onion in slow cooker.

  • Mix tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt in medium bowl until blended. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cover.

  • Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve over cooked pasta, if desired.

Cooking tip

Test Kitchen Tips:
•For a quick start in the morning, cut the vegetables into pieces the night before, then refrigerate until you're ready to start cooking.
•If desired, 1 green or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips, can be added with the mushrooms.
•For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
