Wake up the flavor of grilled chicken with Lawry’s® Sesame Ginger Marinade. An easy slaw combines convenient shredded coleslaw mix, mandarin oranges and bell pepper.
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Lawry's® Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice
2 tablespoons Lawry's® Sesame Ginger Marinade With Mandarin Orange Juice
1 can (15 ounces) mandarin orange segments
1 package (14 ounces) shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Meanwhile, drain oranges, reserving 1/3 cup of the juice. Mix reserved juice and remaining 2 tablespoons marinade in large bowl. Add coleslaw mix, oranges and bell pepper; toss to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with additional marinade, if desired. Serve chicken with slaw.
