Just like chicken from a rotisserie, this roast chicken is seasoned with an expert blend of salt, pepper, herbs and spices.
1 tablespoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Pepper
8 bone-in chicken thighs, about 3 pounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix seasoned salt and seasoned pepper in small bowl.
Brush chicken with oil. Coat chicken evenly with seasoning mixture. Place chicken in shallow baking pan.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
