Dress up pan-fried pork chops with a sweet and tangy orange sauce.
6 bone-in pork chops, 1/2-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Sprinkle both sides of pork chops evenly with seasoned salt.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add pork chops; cook 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
Mix juice, sugar and cornstarch in small bowl until well blended. Add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until thickened. Spoon sauce over pork chops to serve. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: Add green onions, thinly sliced, if desired.
