Moo Shu Peanut Pork

Make a quick and easy moo shu pork with Lawry’s® Teriyaki Marinade to season the pork, coleslaw mix for the filling and flour tortillas for the wrappers.

  • Mix marinade, peanut butter, sugar and red pepper, if desired, in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Set aside.

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add marinade mixture and cole slaw mix; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.

  • Spoon about 1/2 cup pork mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with green onions, if desired.
