A simple shrimp sauté becomes a special dish when a lemon and dill butter sauce is added.
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 package Lawry's® Lemon Butter Dill Tilapia Spices & Sauce Mix
3/4 cup water
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
Meanwhile, mix Seasoning Mix and water in small bowl until well blended. Add to shrimp; cook 1 minute or until heated through. Serve with cooked rice or pasta, if desired.
(Amount per serving)
This is an outstanding dinner. It is full of flavor. I served it over farfalle pasta that I added a bag of frozen stir-fry veggie to the cooking water. My family loved it.
