For juicy, well-seasoned chicken, coat with a mixture of flour, seasoned salt and garlic pepper. Baking the chicken in a high-heat oven browns it nicely.
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® 25% Less Sodium Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Garlic Pepper
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
Mix flour, seasoned salt and garlic pepper in shallow dish. Moisten chicken with milk. Coat evenly with flour mixture. Place chicken in single layer on prepared pan. Drizzle with oil.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning halfway through cook time.
