Add a Southwestern flavor twist to artichoke dip with Taco Seasoning Mix. Serve with tortilla chips and colorful bell pepper strips.
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 package Lawry's® Taco Spices & Seasonings
1/2 cup sliced green onions, divided
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix artichokes, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Seasoning Mix and 1/4 cup of the green onions in large bowl until well blended. Spoon into lightly greased pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with remaining green onions. Serve with tortilla chips and/or assorted fresh vegetables, if desired.
