For Enchilada Tacos or Taco Salad, prepare sauce according to package directions. Instead of making enchiladas, stir cooked ground beef and 1 can (15 oz.) drained and rinsed black beans into sauce. Serve in taco shells or over tortilla chips with sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce.
