Sunset Patio Pasta

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.

  • Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon of the oil and 1 teaspoon of the Chicken Seasoning. Place vegetables in grill basket or thread onto skewers. Grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.

  • Mix balsamic vinegar, remaining 3 tablespoons oil and remaining 2 teaspoons Chicken Seasoning in large bowl. Add cooked pasta and vegetables; toss well. Serve warm or refrigerate until ready to serve.

    We do ours with zucchini, yellow squash, and matchstick carrots. Add chicken if you want more protein.
