You don't have to heat up the grill in the middle of winter for this grill-tasting side dish: it's in the seasonings!
Preheat oven to 425°F. Alternately thread vegetables onto 4 (10-inch) skewers, using 3 mushrooms, 2 grape tomatoes, 3 peppers and equal amounts of onion per skewer. Arrange skewers on shallow foil-lined baking pan.
Mix oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Seasoning and parsley. Brush 1/2 of the seasoning mixture (about 2 tablespoons) evenly over skewers.
Bake 10 minutes or until tomatoes are just tender. Brush skewers with remaining seasoning mixture before serving.
