The brown sugar in the seasoning rub caramelizes to give the grilled steak a smoky sweet crust.
1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Crushed
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin or New York strip steaks
Mix Steak Seasoning, brown sugar and red pepper in small bowl until well blended. Rub steaks with seasoning mixture.
Grill steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
