A simple, classic BBQ technique that yields a moist, flavorful chicken with a subtle flavor of mustard.
Coat chicken evenly with mustard. Sprinkle with Rub on all sides.
Grill chicken over medium heat with lid closed 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally.
Reverse Sear Method for larger pieces of bone-in chicken: Prepare grill for indirect medium heat (350°F to 375°F). Preheat grill by turning all burners to medium. Turn off burner(s) on one side of grill. Grill chicken over unlit side, with grill covered, to internal temperature of 155°F. Move chicken to lit side of grill. Grill until chicken is nicely charred and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F.)
