Add robust Montreal Steak flavor to burgers with new Grill Mates® Smoky Montreal Steak Sauce. Photo credit: Katie Goodman from Good Life Eats.
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Smoky Montreal Steak Sauce , divided
1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
1 large sheet heavy duty aluminum foil
4 hamburger rolls
Mix ground beef and 1/4 cup of the Steak Sauce until well blended. Shape into 4 patties. Toss onions and remaining 2 tablespoons Steak Sauce in center of foil. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.
Grill burgers and foil packet over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F) and onions are tender. Brush burgers with additional Steak Sauce, if desired, and turn packet over halfway through cook time.
Serve burgers on rolls with onions.
