Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning paired with balsamic vinegar and ground mustard will jazz up any steak.
4 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons McCormick® Mustard, Ground
2 New York strip or rib-eye steaks, 1-inch thick (about 1 1/2 pounds)
Mix Steak Seasoning, oil, vinegar and mustard in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill over medium-high heat 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
