1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Peppercorn & Garlic Marinade
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 pounds New York strip, rib-eye or flank steak
Mix Marinade Mix, water, oil and vinegar in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill or broil steaks over high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
