Brush salmon with oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning.
Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
• For some sweet heat, add 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar to Seasoning. Continue as directed.
Grilled Fiery 5 Pepper Shrimp Kabobs: Toss 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with oil and Seasoning. Thread onto skewers. Grill shrimp kabobs over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning frequently.
