Used the Honey Lime Marinade recipe on packet and marinated 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast for one hour. Then I threw that great smelling chicken on a medium-hot skillet for 4 minutes each side. Transferred to a buttered up baking dish and baked at 400F for 20 mins. This mojito marinade was so good. Served as tacos on corn tortillas and chihuahua cheese along with Knorr chipotle rice with basil corn on the cob.

AMAZING. I added the honey to all of the other ingredients (olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water, marinated chicken for an hour (cut breasts in half, longways to make thinner/increase marinade taste intensity). Then grilled in a covered gas grill on indirect burner heat for 15 mins each side, then 5 minutes on "high" directly on burner. Moist, flavorful and delicious! Will definitely use this again.

Used the alternative suggested recipe, Honey Lime Marinade for chicken skewers. Had friends over for 4th of July BBQ and everyone raved about the chicken and asked me for the recipe. I can't wait to try it again.

I was able to buy a 13.5 oz shaker of Mojito Lime at Costco a while back and it quickly became a favorite seasoning. While I use it mainly on roast chicken, it also works well on fish, steak and burgers. I wish I could find something larger than the 1 oz envelopes.

I am a south Louisiana recreational fisherman. This marinade is phenomenal on grilled Redfish and Speckled Trout. My predicament is not readily available to me in the 9.5oz. container. I found it at Sam's and it is only a seasonal item. Where can I find this in better bulk. I bought several containers of it but foolishly distributed it to friends and have none left for my self.
