Try our five minute marinade massage technique with McCormick Grill Mates Garlic, Herb & Wine 15 Minute Marinade Mix: Remove 2 tbsp of the marinade for basting. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade mixture; turn to coat well. Massage meat and marinade for 5 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
To prepare:
You’ll need: 1/4 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; 1 tbsp. white or balsamic vinegar; 2 lbs chicken, pork, or seafood*
1. Whisk together marinade mix, oil, water, and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
*Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes.
