This is my family's FAVORITE! I quarter chicken breasts and marinate for an hour. Then put them on the grill and add a sweet honey bbq sauce. This has been called, "Kat's Famous Chicken" now and my husband, kids, friends always ask for it! Summer's coming - can't wait!

I use the Chipotle Pepper Marinade as a dry rub for Boston Butts. Use 2 or 3 packs cover the boston butt evenly, wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate over night then cook as desired....I have used a covered roasting pan in the oven on 225degrees, in a crockpot and on a grill with indirect heat, each way turns out a little different but delicious.

Lot's of flavor in this one with a hint of heat. (That's subjective - some may think this is a bit more spicy.) I like to use this one for chicken, specifically boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Dine straight from the grill or shred the chicken for as part of a flavorful enchiladas dish.
