This rub has sugar, herbs and spices, smoke and a hint of whiskey that is great on a whole chicken grilling slow and low under indirect heat on the grill.

I love many of the GrillMates blends, but this is my favorite for pork. I am a certified bbq jugde and this reminds me of competition flavors. A little hard to find-go to a bigger supermarket to find it in the display and buy a few.
