This smoky, savory and slightly sweet blend of spices, peppers, garlic and applewood smoke flavor gives meat a bold, flavorful crust that seals in juices.
Sugar, Spices And Herbs (Including Chili Pepper And Red Pepper), Garlic, Salt, Maltodextrin, Onion, Silicon Dioxide (Added To Make Free Flowing), Tamarind Extract, Molasses, Apple Cider Vinegar, Natural Applewood Smoke Flavor, Malic Acid, And Caramel Color.

Rub generously on meat before grilling (about 2 tablespoons per 1 pound). Great on chicken, pork, beef, salmon or shrimp.

An amazing dry rub! I use for my Pulled Pork and Ribs in the smoker! I only wish they made it in larger bags!

I just bought it and used it tonight. I melted a 1/4 stick of butter in a pan and mixed in the the Applewood Rub. Added two burgers and covered with Applewood Rub. It made a fantastic crust on the burgers and the smell was out of this world. Can't wait to try it on pork and chicken. This is a winner.
Just found this AMAZING rub , it's in the smoker now smells out of this world looks great and O the little taste I cut off was WOW !!!!!!
I use this for smoking pork and poultry. Combined with apple cider vinegar and brown sugar, it gives the meats a wonderfully amazing flavor!
