Grill restaurant style steakhouse burgers for your next barbeque.
Onion, Garlic, Salt, Mushroom, Spices (Including Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein, And Wheat Gluten, Vinegar, Molasses, Sugar, And Natural Flavor.
2 tsp. dry mix (6g)

ALL YOU NEED:
1 package Grill Mates Seasoning Mix
1 lb. ground beef
4 hamburger rolls
MIX ground beef and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF).
SERVE on rolls with desired condiments and toppings.
Makes 4 servings.
•Mushroom & Onion Cheeseburgers: Top burgers with Swiss and provolone cheese and sautéed onions and mushrooms.
•Mushroom Blue Burgers: Add ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese to ground beef mixture. Top burgers with grilled red onion slices.
