This is the best-tasting vegetable stock on the market. While other stocks taste thin or odd, or have one-note flavor profiles, McCormick Unsalted Vegetable Stock has a good, "meaty" flavor without being overly salted. It works best as a direct replacement for Beef Stock, in dishes like French Onion Soup or Stews, but it's also versatile as a substitute for Turkey stock in gravies and sauces.

How is it possible for this "unsalted" and "no salt added" vegetable stock to have "Sodium: 210mg" per serving? That's rather high for someone on a low-sodium diet who is having to watch these things. I guess I can't trust the large labels and have to read your fine print ... a new container is going to the local food pantry. This is higher in sodium than some brands of meat stock.
