1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Parsley, Flat Leaf
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Tarragon
Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
Spoon onto plastic wrap. Roll into a log, 1-inch in diameter. Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 1 month. Add a pat to boiled potatoes, grilled or broiled meat or seafood, or steamed vegetables.
