Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add flour and seasonings; cook and stir 1 minute. Gradually whisk in stock. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally
Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally
Test Kitchen Tip: Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cool, cover and store in refrigerator. Rewarm before serving.
