Serve this chilled sauce with poached salmon or smoked salmon appetizers. Crème fraîche, a thickened cream with a tangy flavor, is available in gourmet markets.
3/4 cup chopped peeled cucumber
2 cups crème fraîche
1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Dill Weed
Place cucumber in food processor; cover. Process until pureed.
Mix cucumber, crème fraîche and dill weed in medium bowl. Cover.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
