Jazz up roasted potatoes and onions with the distinctive smoky flavor of smoked paprika.
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Paprika, Smoked
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
2 pounds small red potatoes, halved or quartered
2 small onions, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix smoked paprika, salt and pepper in small bowl. Toss potatoes and onions with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture; toss to coat well.
Spread in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Not sure why Pam gave it 1 star if she liked the recipe. I always sprinkle my roasted potatoes with smoked paprika for flavor as well as color.

I made this recipe just like it called for it and it is a keeper. the best roasted potatoes I have ever made.
