Orange and Radish Salad with Cinnamon Vinaigrette

Try this memorable salad that includes juicy oranges, fresh radishes, baby spinach and almonds tossed with a light vinaigrette.

  • For the Vinaigrette, mix all ingredients in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

  • For the Salad, toss all ingredients, except almonds, in large bowl.

  • Just before serving, toss salad with 1/2 of the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with remaining vinaigrette.

Cooking tip

Substitution Tip: Use 6 cups torn spinach leaves in place of the baby spinach.
