Servings: 4 (3/4 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Moroccan Seasoning Ras El Hanout
  • 3 cups shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix lemon juice, oil, honey and Seasoning in medium bowl until well blended. Add carrots and raisins; toss to coat well
  • 2 Sprinkle with cilantro. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve
