Crispy, cool coleslaw with an Asian flair.
1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
1 cup chopped radishes
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Ginger, Ground
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Red Pepper, Crushed
Toss coleslaw mix and radishes in large bowl. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour dressing over slaw; toss well. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Substitute 1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced (7 cups) for the coleslaw mix.
Serving Suggestion: Serve Slaw with Korean-Grilled Beef Skewers.
