INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned
  • 2 Place half the potatoes in even layer in greased 12x8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the Cajun Seasoning. Top with a layer of half of the onions. Repeat layers of potatoes, onions and remaining Seasoning. Pour chicken stock over top
  • 3 Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
