1 McCormick Gourmet™ Vanilla Beans, Madagascar , split in half lengthwise
2 cups sugar
1 clean pint jar
Place vanilla bean and sugar in clean pint jar. Cover.
Let stand at least 24 hours. That's it! Replenish the sugar as you use it, for up to 1 year.
